* As an exception "Computer ID Connection" mode allows connection even to NON-licensed remote PCs. While connection to licensed PCs has no limitation, but connection to NON-licensed PCs will have limit: 15 hours each month when connection by ID is used.

After software purchase you will get a purchase confirmation with a link to download the program. Commonly it takes up to 12 hours for registration key to be delivered via e-mail after your payment is received if purchased on a working week. Registration keys for the software purchased on weekend are delivered on Monday.
In case you do not receive the registration letter within mentioned period, contact our sales department and provide us with your alternative email address you may be contacted at, as our messages may be blocked by your Anti-SPAM filter or failed to be delivered.

- Moving a licensed copy of the program to another computer for the first time is free. Subsequent license transfers are conducted on a paid basis (5$ per license). License transfer is allowed only in cases software copy is completely removed from the initial PC and will be never again used on that computer.
- Publishing, transferring or unauthorized selling of the registration data, whether in full or in part, will cancel the license.
- All minor updates are free. There could be a charge for major updates (4.x to 5.x version).
- * We can issue a refund (during the 30-day period after purchasing) only if a technical problem occurs with our software and we unable to eliminate it. There will be a processing fee of 10% of the refund value. We don't refund orders of more than 5 Host PCs. Please test the software compatibility before purchasing multiple licenses. To initiate a refund you need to call our support department.
- Volume discount is applicable only for the purchases of multiple licenses in a single transaction.
