Delivery
You will be receiving the software registration data via email within 12 hours after your payment is received. If you don’t receive your registration data within this period, please contact our sales department, and provide us with your alternative email address because our messages may be blocked by your Anti-SPAM filter.

Customers who registered the previous version (2.x or 3.x) can order an update to version 4.x.

If you are a registered user and want to purchase additional licenses or change your license type,

Licensing Policy
- Moving a licensed copy of the program to another computer for the first time is free. Subsequent license transfers are conducted on a paid basis (5$ per license). License transfer is allowed only in cases software copy is completely removed from the initial PC and will be never again used on that computer.
- Publishing, transferring or unauthorized selling of the registration data, whether in full or in part, will cancel the license.
- All minor updates are free. There could be a charge for major updates (4.x to 5.x version).
- * We can issue a refund (during the 30-day period after purchasing) only if a technical problem occurs with our software and we unable to eliminate it. There will be a processing fee of 10% of the refund value. We don't refund orders of more than 5 Host PCs. Please test the software compatibility before purchasing multiple licenses. To initiate a refund you need to call our support department.
- Volume discount is applicable only for the purchases of multiple licenses in a single transaction.
