Ok.

Do I have to create a name DNS even if my IP public is fixed?

When you say "OS - Windows (2000, 2003) " is Windows Server 2000, 2003 ?

I can use Windows XP or Vista ?

To confirm, Corporate Edition allows to take the control of PCs of Customers, and not that the PCs of my company?

You may control those PCs where the Host module of your Corporate Edition is installed.

While waiting for the trial version, I ask questions:

- Why the host module has 2 files (Apc_host.exe and apc_hostConfig.exe)?

- I have to install the 2 files (Apc_host.exe and apc_hostConfig.exe) in PCs of clients?

Thank you ..

I forwarded my name DNS and my public IP and they answered:

Is your DNS real one or you have created it by yourself?

It should be able to be accessed from the Internet and we are not able to ping it.

Please, clarify.

Why that works not ? what is the problem ?
