OK, so let's get to a bottom line. I have 6 customers, I am currently using logmein with, I like the ability to log onto a pc and help or fix the problems. I also have a program that is hosted locally that had a one time cost and can have a unlimited number of pc's and 2 admins.
I would like a system that can be hosted on each of the 6 customer servers but with the ability to manage all 6 from my desktop. Customer (1) has 10 pc's, Customer (2) has 10 pc's, Customer (3) has 6 pc's, Customer (4) has 8 pc's, Customer (5) has 8 pc and Customer 6 has 6 pc's.
Is this configuration practical and how much would it cost?
