As far as my own story: I have been searching all over for something to use. My other half Johnnie Apodaca always has to ask me for help when I am at home. Honey, my movies are not playing or you tubes not working or Im not getting any sound at all. In this one particular incident I used this service to connect to all of my familys computers when we are away in ability to connect to my files from home or help Johnnie out. I cant just name one issue cause I have helped him with to many. I like the fact that the other individual whom you are trying to assist on the other end doesnt always have to know that you are connected as well. Great work! I love it so far.
