My Anyplace Control Story

My mother is 83 and is technology averse. Consequently she calls me often for help with email, internet browsing, and word processing issues. Because she is several versions behind me in software/OS it was difficult talking her through instructions/solutions over the phone. After loading up AnyPlace Control software I can view or take control of her PC to actually see what is happening. Because AnyPlace Control software enables me to quickly understand the problem solutions are much less time consuming to troubleshoot, eliminating her (and my) frustation. So thanks for the product as it has improved our mother/daughter relationship!
