the key stroke is not really something for a remote controle software but this is a wish list right
i am not only using this software as helpdesk but also as surveillance.
a keystroke logger is a tool that log all the typed letters in a file but this is not really needed.
i much more like the tools before: record screen, print screen, and the auto popup on the admin when a remote pc signin.
and a new thing i think about is audio...
all my remote pc work with audio, so a great option would be that i can turn on and off the audio
wich meen if a remote pc is using audio that i can mute or accept the audio streaming in the menu of the remote screen.
mute is needed cause i mostly work on several remote at the same time and i dont like to have all kind of music at same time.
but this function is also good ( if this could be 2 way audio) cause for a presentation you can use both a mic and talk instead of type in a small chatbox.
that way you dont need to use skype and the admin chatbox at same time to make a presentation
