Mixed up usernames and sudden firewall issues

Postby CarolMay » 12 Nov 2010, 17:18

My name is Jonathan. I'm the computer tech for a customer of yours and she has some issues conencting to her account remotely. She signed up for a guest account under one name and had no problem connecting remotely. As the 28th day of the free trial trial occurred, the real problems started:
She purchased the program license via her secretary who had to link the paid account information to her (the secretary's) email address.
Once she did this, we registered the customer's work station and laptop with the online account information (which we paid for). The laptop still said "2 days remaining in the free trial) and we thought nothing of it.
Now, the laptop won't connect and keeps making us register it online again, and once we do, we attmept to log in to the original username and password set up during the trial and it says there's all of a sudden a firewall issue. There are no firewalls enable now that weren't enabled before. What's going on? Email me your answers to JonDziok@gmail.com because I can't afford phonecalls to Europe. You can also use the email link with the account CJ@Cnewkirk.com. Thank you.

We have sent a registration letter to cj@cnewkirk.com after the software was purchase.

It was said there:

Account Name: cj@cnewkirk.com
Account Password: You already know password as you created it during installation.

N O T E :

- If you had no Account before purchasing, use DEFAULT PASSWORD: .....

- Please, use Account Data (e-mail) given in this registration letter ONLY.
All other accounts (e-mails) would be not registered, but trial.

We have checked the account - the license in it is not used, thus you are using wrong Account Name.
Please, use your registered Account Name
