creating user account issue

Hi all, i am trying to create an account but i am getting an error. i don't know why.
Someone help me please.

Configuration :
windows 7 x86
core 2 duo 2.66ghz
4gb ram
Hdd 320gb

Never mind, it worked by it self.

It might have been local internet connection issues.
