Host is not running after start up

I've used the default settings in host (by the way this Windows 7). After startup, when I click on settings, it shows that the PC is offline because the host has not started. If I exit settings completely, (right click on the icon in the tray) and then open the host by clicking on it in the start up menu, the app then goes online. I need this to start on it's own so that the user doesn't have to do anything at startup. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Rick

Which version of the software is used? Please, contact our support team and provide us with screenshots of the error.

The version is 5.0.4.0. There are no error messages. When I bring up the Settings screen after I boot up, it shows the Host Module "Off Line". When I exit out of the Settings screen, and start Host manually, then the Setting screen shows the Host "On Line". There are no reported errors. Let me know what else you may need. Thanks, Rick

We have found the reason of the issue. It would be solved in the nearest future. We will issue an update where the problem would be fixed.

I noticed that the download version seemed to up updated
(Anyplace Control v. 5.0.5.2
Date of release: 31.07.2010
30-day trial version)
But when I downloaded it appeared to still be 5.0.4. I may have downloaded before I should have, so I thought I'd follow up and see. Just let me know. Thanks, Rick

Strange... The file on a site is of 5.0.5.2 version.

Try to download it again (maybe in a different folder).
