Not enough Licenses

I've got the basic version. I have 9 licenses. I'm currently using 8. I had a PC crash, I reloaded the OS and re-installed the Host module and now Admin is telling me I do not have enough licenses to view the PC. I uninstalled the Admin module, reinstalled the Admin module, I reloaded my ip's, they all worked. I then closed the Admin module, reopened it, and found it had reverted back to the previous list of names and PC's it had from the start and recieved the same license error again. Any help??
