Anyplace Control Host - Locked

I am experiencing a problem when I click on the Host icon in the System Tray (Windows 7) for the Options.

The frame Anyplace Control Host Settings appears but nothing is clickable OK, Cancel, menu options, X, etc - the machine is beeping when I try to click. The Frame is also un moveable and my only action is to initiate Windows Task Manager where I can End Task. It removes the frame but the icon is still in the System tary where I can click to Exit.

I was trying to find an option to NOT start on Windows startup.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
