In Red " Please, do not close this window unless a remote support would not have been provided"

would be better to read, "Please do not close this window, if closed your session will end" Short and simple works best. The one above is too long and can confuse the client you are trying to help.

Or could just say , "Please do not close this window"

Thank you for suggestion, we will think about it.

We have tried several variants, like "do not close a window" and it scared customers (like, why should not I, etc.). Besides, it may take a time for a supporter to connect and assist. Anyway, thank you for your advice.
