cant click anything with mouse pointer!

Postby antmailbox » 06 May 2010, 20:33

I've connected to my remote pc with no issue. I take full control of it and my pointer turnes from a circle to a point. However I cannot open anything on my remote pc or click to highlight - nothing! what gives?

Check if you are using the latest version of the software (downloaded from official site), if Host module is installed as a System Service.

here is the kicker, i just connected to my host earlier and everything worked fine (including clicking on things), then i walked away for like 10 minutes or so, came back and clicking was not working again. i closed down admin module, started it up again multiple times and click is still not working?

now i have to drive tomorrow where my host is at because this thing is not working again. great...

does anyone here knows what is going on with this thing?

thanks

Did you install the Host module as a system service?
Please, confirm Full Control option is not denied in Host module's settings.
