If Host module is not started as "Service" you won't get a remote access to shared resources, which are opened for certain users, because the service is executed under the name LocalSystem. Still those resources, which are opened to user Everyone will be accessible with Anyplace.

I) With Anyplace Control you can access the network drives with the file transfer, but the Host module start type should be "Automatically after User's logon".

You can change the Host module start type in the following way:
Host module->Settings->Start->select "Automatically After User's logon" option->Click OK to save the changes.

Please, try accessing the network drives after performing the settings described above and reply whether you managed to access network drives with the file transfer.

II) If this Host module start type isn't applicable to your conditions we recommend you to enter the full control mode over the remote Host and access the network drives manually via the Windows Explorer and not with the file transfer.

If you have any other questions concerning the product, please, feel free to mail us.
