Please, use only your registered account data which is listed in your registration letter.
Please, clarify which password do you mean - an Account Password which is used to enter the account or an Access Password, which is used to connect directly to the Host PC.
If you are talking about the Account Connection, you may inform us the Account Password you would like to have and we will reset it or you may perform it yourself the following way:
Admin Module - Account Connection tab - Options - Change Account Password, Properties...
If you are talking about Access Password - you may change it the following way:
Host module - Settings - Security - Change Access Password
