Can't access direct connection in Admin Module

For some reason, we are experiencing a problem with a user that can't access the direct connection tab in the Admin Module. He is using the version 5.0.5.2 and when he opens the admin module he can only select the online account connection. The user had the same problem with the newest version also so I switched him back a version. It ran fine for awhile and the same problem came back. He uses windows 7 so is there some weird glitch between Windows 7 and the new versions of Anyplace Control? He used to have a windows xp box and ran version 2.5 or something with no trouble at all.

Try to set a screen resolution to normal (100%), not bigger (like 125%). Please, inform us your result.
