APC-Host issue

while using the apc-host , it works perfectly if you run the executable after an internet connection but if you disconect from the internet and reconect again the APC-Host does not automatically connects to the admin
APC-Host lacks the auto-connectivity if the host was offline , it should try to reconnect after a certain delay of time
i know that there is a security issue in the auto-connectivity , but it should give a reconnect message that is shown when internet comes back on

Are you using web-based Host module or the one from the installation package? The last one if installed as a System service tries to connect to Account each minute until it succeed.
