Activate Audio/Video during remote session

I'm an IT specialist and while testing your new product I noticed that you don't have an option to remote control Audio/Video, so is there something I'm missing that will enable me to remotely control audio and video devices or is it just that this feature is not avilable in your software yet ?

Currently there is no ability to hear a remote sound in Anyplace Control
