Why is it that when I open (or try to) the Anyplace Control\apc_Admin, I get this trojan horse Sheur3.BTXE from my AVG
I purchased the product from Digital River GmbH & downloaded it from www.shareit.com

It is a false detection by AVG. Uninstall it and try any other trustful antivirus - you won't get the same issue with it.

Please, see AVG's confirmation:

Dear Sir,

thank you for your email.

We have analyzed your file and we can confirm, that it is a false positive. The detection is alredy removed in current version of virus database.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I had this same issue a year ago, and since last week its begining again.
Both times APC claims its false and AVG claims its "real".

Having spent a lot of money on both, both are passing the buck
and kicking the can down the road. Why can't you companies get this
solved? And not leave it to the people who pay "you" to fix it?!?

I enjoy using APC but now its is useless, AVG won't install
and may be potentially dangerous.

UnHappy to say the least.

Try another trustful antivirus software as they do not have false detection of each of our new version.
AVG has launched a new service for vendors to send their software before the release to check.
Hope it will help to avoid false detection.

You may send a mail to AVG with a request of detection if you think we are cheating you.
