I get the message 'connection failed: myaccout name
Either firewall/anti virus locks the connection or the internet access is temporarily unavailable.'
It was working earlier, no problem, nothing has changed on my machine. I just cannot connect to my online account.
I am using anyplace control version 5.0 and Norton 360.
I have tried to reinstall and still get the same error when trying to log into my online account.
