Since buying this program I have had nothing but problems. Many of the problems have also been logged in this forum by other people. But there never seems to be any fixes against them. So I started logging support tickets, infact I have logged several, all with different issues. But until now, several days later, I have not received a single email in response, even though they claim to get back to you within 24 hours.

I feel very cheated, and certainly wasted my money buying this product. I would strongly recommend that potential buyers look to other products before buying a license for this one.

PS. I was actually foolish enough to buy a Small Business Help Desk Plan.

Thanks for finally replying. With regard to your emails, my inbox is nowhere near being full, and I have checked our spam logs, and there are no emails from you there. I checked both the server, and my laptop logs.

With regards to do I have admin rights, yes my account is a local and domain admin.

With regards to reinstall, I have tried this on two seperate computers in the default, and another folder, no difference.

With regards to take a screen capture, take a capture of what, you program just closes, by the time I try to capture the screen there is nothing there except my desktop.

With regards to doing any other testing, there will be limited window to do this as I have already started moving all of the host computer to another method of remoting. When I am trying to perform help desk tasks on a clients machine, it looks really bad, when we have problems trying to remote them. It makes us look imcompetent, hence the reason for moving to another system. We have been trialling the new system for the last few days, and have not had a single lost connect, error message or crash.

We have already contacted your sales in the vane hope that we may get a refund on this software.

I received and replied to the email from gmail, but did not recieve the others.

If you check you logs, you will see that a short while ago I requested the license be reissued as I had changed the computer. Prior to that I had assumed the problems to be becuase of the computer. But after I reinstalled on the new system I receieved identical problems, that is why I contacted you.

For the memory error, I notice in your forums others have exacty the same message as I, so I pressume your already have the screeshts for those.

If you wish to give a refund, thank you, I appreciate it. If you cannot, I understand also.
