I placed my order on Monday May 13th 2013.
My payment was processed and completed within 30 minutes.
I was emailed links to download the software and my recipt as well as a logon for the managment of billing.
I sent an email to support to request my registration keys so I can install and use this software.
All of the above was done on May 13th 2013.
I contacted Avangate on May 14th 2013, to see if they had any information they too requested that I be emailed my registration keys.
I have yet to recieve my registration keys for this software. It has been well over 48 hours and I still can't use this software.
If I dont get an email within the next 12 hours I will be requesting a refund through Avangate as this is unacceptable.
I had a very similar problem last year when I first installed this product.
