customer server issues, not enough licence error

Postby moonbow4 » 13 Dec 2012, 18:05

ok, I have emailed in yesterday and then called in. I called the international number on your website listed under contact us, and the number I called was 380-97-691-6143. The gentleman answered and he deleted my licence and got me back online while on the phone calling internationally from USA. And then again today I try and log in and I have the same error message again of not enough licences. I call back to that number (380-97-691-6143) and the gentleman says he no longer works for Anyplace Control and gave me a different number of 380-63-766-4190 and there is no answer, and that number is not listed on your website nor is there any other number except the one for the gentleman who now says, he no longer works for Anyplace Control. No offence but I have been down without access for 2 days which is costing me money.

Now according to the email I received, I have done as was asked and re-installed my Admin Module and that didn't work. So, I uninstalled the program and re-installed it full again, and that has not worked either. My FALLENEXARCH-PC is still offline and I want this fixed. I paid money for 2 licences for 2 computers, RIGILIA-PC and FALLENEXARCH-PC, and FALLENEXARCH-PC is offline. I have tried to call the International Phone Number on your website of 380-97-691-6143, the gentleman says he no longer works for Anyplace Control and gave me a different number of 380-63-766-4190 and there is no answer. I have been down without access for 2 days which is costing me money and I really need this corrected desperately as quick as possible. my account name is moonbow4@gmail.com.

No offence but I have not received very good customer service when I paid my hard earned money to your company I would like my problem addressed and fixed and my FALLENEXARCH-PC licence transfered and it back online asap please.
