I have had one account with you for a couple of years with no problems logging on.
For some reason, now when I log in to my account it is now asking me for the online access password for the computer I am trying to connect to. The host modue checked his password and confirmed I am entering the correct one. I can still not get logged on! I keep getting the error message "wrong password".

Try to reset an Access Password the following way
Host module - Settings - Security - Change Access Password
