Purchased 2 Basic Plans - Have yet to receive my keys.

I have received the initial email sending me to the download link of the product. As soon as I open the "Admin" module, I get a register the program screen.

I purchased on Friday @ 10:29am. I've waited way over 12 hours and have yet to receive my licenses! I am starting to get worried. I needed this program up and running yesterday.

*Update*
It is now Monday October 8th, 2012 and I have received an email from you this morning. Looks like we still have one problem. Here in the email they acknowledged I needed 2 licenses yet I was only given one serial.

"Thank you for registration of the "Anyplace Control" program!

Licensed product: "Anyplace Control 5x, Basic Plan"
Number of licenses: 2"

So my new question is did somebody short me of a serial or does that serial allow activation on 2 computers?
