License/Subscription expired even it should not be?

Hi,

I have sent many emails during almost one week now, and sent message via contact-form and called maybe six times to "Urgent inquiries"-number without anyone answering. I cannot expect anyone to reply to this message either but patience that this kind of customer service asks for is quite much..

So the problem is that my subscription was paid/renewed in June2012 and in August soon one week ago the AnyplaceControl just stopped working while i had remote connection on and all programs etc on, in other words work to be done on that remote computer. The APC gives me an error:

"License restriction: subscription has expired, please, renew"

This is crazy thing that no one answers to my calls and emails!
Please reply and get the program working again. It does not make sense that i should purchase the program licences for four remote connections again when just two months ago the licenses have been renewed for one year again.

Inform us the reference number of your order for us to check.

Did you purchase Basic or Premium Plan?
Do you use the data given in your registration letter?
