cant connect host modules using online accounts

I cant connect to 2 of my pcs using online account connection an it says I have no enough licences, but I got 5 host premium licences and I have installed them in 5 pcs and just 2 admins that are supposed to be unlimited.

please help meeee...

What are the names of your PCs you are not able to connect to?

Do you use Account Connection service only or Direct Connection as well?
