Will not run after installation on Windows 2008 R2

We have just upgraded our Citrix Server with a new computer and it has Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit only). I have installed the Anyplace Control Admin and when I attempt to run the program, nothing happens and it won't start. I've rebooted the server and still no luck. Our managers use this remotely while they are traveling to monitor computers in our facility. It worked on our previous Citrix Server but it was Windows 2008 (32- Bit). I have read that it works on both but I'm at a loss figuring out how to make it work.

Anyplace Control is compatible with aby version of Windows.
Can you try our one-click Admin module instead of installation package?

I have downloaded a trial version and it works fine on my Windows 2003 server. However, I am also having the same issues on a Windows 2008 R2 server. I have disabled Software protection services and it still will not run - I have even tried to 'run as administrator'.

I have also downloaded the one-click admin module and again, same issues.

Any help appreciated as we are looking at buying this very soon and this is a roadblock

Hi,

I am not sure what more information I can provide. If I run the on-click version it prompts me to 'Run this file' and that is it - nothing else happens.

If I run as an 'administraor' I get a prompt 'Do you allow the following program to make changes to your computer' which I select yes. First of all it did not work, then I tried it again and now it works
