We have received the following question:

I recently tried the trial version and decided to purchase two licenses for my two business computers. I am now unable to load the admin module and connect remotely after downloading the full version. The login screen tells me that my subscription needs to be renewed.

Our respond:

You have purchased Basic Plan licenses.
This plan considers a life time use of IP address connection and does not allow you to use Account Connection service.
Account Connection is present in our Premium Plan.
If connection via IP address is not enough for you and you really need Online Account Connection service, you may update your Basic Plan to Premium:
