PC - ERROR- Additional License required

Procured one PC license

We installed HOST module in License(local) PC. And Admin in remote PC , now we are getting License restriction.

Problem started happening after HOST PC has got crashed, re-image with new Harddrive, re-installed

PLS help ASAP

Please, uninstall the Host module from your old PC, inform us your Account Name and the name of PC you would like to move. We will delete the license and provide you with further instructions.

I have uninstall the Anyplace full version.

I have submitted a ticket also with My accound name and PC name

Can you share your email address too i will share it with you, i am not getting response from either support or info mailing ids of Anyplace.

Now on Admin PC , do i need to install admin model and register it ? (with info and Serial/Reg no provided in mail)
