Here is our REPLY:
You have purchased Basic Plan licenses.
This plan considers life time usage of Direct Connection (via IP
address) and does not allow you to use Account Connection service.
Account Connection is present in our Premium Plan.
If connection via IP address is not enough for you and you really
need Online Account Connection service, you may update your Basic
Plan to Premium:

As soon as we get your payment we will send you a new registration
letter of updated rate plan.
