Hi Miranda
We have noted that with Windows 7 you cannot press Alt Ctrl Del at the first screen so if you install Anyplace do ensure that you set the login so that users do not have to press Alt Ctrl del. This was fixed in Vista but has come back in Windows 7.

We have tested this keystroke in our remote control labs and everything works OK. Please, contact our support group for them to follow up with your issue.

Hey Mac,

I have tested Anyplace Control before purchase, everything seemed to be OK, and nothing has changed since i purchased the program. Do you have your Host module installed as a System Service? I contacted vendors they recommended me to have it as System Service or you are using web-based Host module (the link you send to end user to control remote desktop without software's installation)?

Guys, my mom has got a new laptop with Mac.
Can I control a pc with a mac using your product? Can I also have 2 different computers sign into a host computer at seperate times? Right now I cam only have one computer sign into the host.
Let me know,

No, our software can work with Windows OS only.

Yes, 2 and more PCs can control 1 remote PC at separate times. Only 1 user can control a remote PC at a time.
