How to obtain a registration info

After purchasing the software I received a link to dowbload the software, but not regkey. I find out it will be 12 to 24 hours before recieving my registration info. Why so?

First all purchases are processed manually first by our Sales Partners, who receive your payment (to avoid frauds).

Next, after payment confirmation notice it is processed manually by our staff.

Sometimes all this process may take up to 12 hours. It is stayed at our purchase webpage.
Besides, it is also mentioned that:
if you did not received a reg.key within 12 hours after you have paid for the software you should inform us an alternative e-mail address to send you a reg.key there.

NOTE:
- the regkey won't be delivered to you right after the purchase, as it has to bypass 2 manual procedures of approvement.
- all registration letters are delivered during working days as it may take a time to process your order on a weekend.

Why do we have to process the purchase manually:
As Anyplace Control is remote control PC software it can be used either to control a remote computer or to hack it.
Previously we had some troubles with automatic registration, when the software was purchased and private data or information was stolen from someone's PC. We have dealt with FBI concerning some hacks made by our software.

To avoid all these issues currently all customers data is thoroughly manually checked.
