We have a certain refund policy that is also mentioned at our purchase page.
REFUND CONDITIONS:
- refund can be issued ONLY if a technical problem occurs with our software and we are unable to eliminate it
- refund is issued during the 30-day period, starting from a day of purchase
- 10% of refund value is taken as a processing fee
- purchase of more than 5 Host PCs is not refunded
