remove a remote pc

how can I remove a remote pc on my list?

It can be removed in HelpDesk license only, otherwise you should contact our tech support team with a request to delete the license.
Do not forget to inform your account name and the name of PC that is to be deleted.

It's quite simple, just go to network connection and then disable the remote access server or you can also unplug the LAN cable, you can also disable remote access service like this => control panel >> administrative settings >> services.
