Hello!
If I purchase a premium plan(with direct connection and online account) how does it work when my 12 month subcription expire? Do you renew it automatically or do I have to do it? If it's automatic how to cancel my subcription?

In a Premium Plan Account Connection is provided for 1 year.
Subscription can be renewed automatically. You will be informed in advance that your subscription is going to expire. You will be offered either to extend or unsubscribe the service.
If you choose to extend - you will be charged automatically (in case you have paid by credit card), otherwise you will have to place an order again.
