I'm connected to the remote desktop PC to a PC but the background has turned white, and another has turned blue, how can I solve this problem?, I want that when I connect the background to remain on the PC

please, turn off Background remove option in Remote Desktop Control Window Settings

Please, I am having same problem. How find remote desktop settings? Are they host-side or admin?

Admin module - Connect to Host - Full Control/View Only - Remote Desktop Control Window - Settings - check off "Disable wallpaper" option.
