Volatile data is the information that changes frequently and is often lost upon powering down the system. Volatile data will include information about running process, network connections, clipboard contents, data in memory. This information may be critical to the discovery of the cause of an incident. In forensic analysis process data has to be collected from a running machine.

Anyplace Control is a remote control PC solution that allows you to control a remote computer from your local place like if you were sitting behind it. Thus, we asume volatile data can't be changed because of connection with the use of Anyplace Control.
