Online billing software

I am looking for a online billing front end for this software, I need to have a way to allow people to buy service with credit card and then we will be able to provide remote service.
Optional nice feature for business support, a account for employees to ask for assistance and their time is tracked and added to company account usage as well monthly reoccurring charges that is auto billed out...

Does anyone know what can be bought, I am in the need.
