Connection to remote pc is ok but view window doesnt open

HI admins

Need help. I have installed for 5 users Anyplace control host module +1 admin module. all are connected and can be viewd very well exept one. admin comp connects very well to my xxx comp. when i create connection on remote pc even shows tht i have made connection successful but i cant see any window on my admin komp.when i click view comp as if view comp button doesnt work no any views. but on remot pc shows tht connected. pls help me in this issue.
