I have a couple of questions and YES I have searched everywhere on your site for the answers without success… My first question is:
Say I buy the Premium Plan Package with 5 host licenses can I delete the software from one of the remote computers and use it on another computer (Say I only help a customer once and I never help her/him again is this considered a license? or can I move the software to another computer?) or is the license a onetime per IP address/computer for life time?
I am asking this question, because I think the number of host licenses means that you can work on 5 computers at the same time (same session)? Is this true?
My second question is:
Can I up grade my Premium Plan Package for $109.75 to the Small Business Plan for $399, and minus my Premium Plan Package costs? The reason I am asking this question is I am a I.T. Specialist and maybe I just might start a business, but I want to test the software and see if I could get a client list. Also what are the prices for a new host license?
