Need to format PC without losing Licences.

Hi. I have this situation:

I have an Online-Account and I have installed some licences in several Host PCs. Sometimes, I have to format one or two Host PCs. First, I uninstall AnyPlace software from them but the Online-Account "does not erase that license", I mean, the Host PC remains in the list when I connect my Admin PC. It would be great if anytime I format a Host PC, the Online-Account deletes that specific license. In that way, If I need that license to be installed in another Host PC, the software works with no problem.

I write this post because it happended to me that I uninstalled AnyPlace software from my Host PCs to format their HDs, but when I tried to reinstall the licences they did not work anylonger because, according to a message: "The complete number of licences was reached".
