Cannot connect to host!

I got a new PC at work and the old license was cleared so I transferred the license to the new PC. I set it up as a host, but I cannot connect to it from home. This is the message that I get in the log: 6/17/2012|3:07:27 PM> Connection with "DEB-HOME (96.233.85.225)" has been rejected (Communication protocol failed). Error:0

Does anyone have any ideas?
