In Premium Plan - you should contact our support department.
In Help Deske Edition: PC will automaticall disappear from your account when it become OFFLINE. But if remote PC become online, it will apear in the address book again. So in this case you can uninstall Host module on remote PC or turn off Account Connection service in Host Module settings.
In Corporate Edition you have full permissions to remotelly remove any PCs from your account in one click and forever.
