We've received the following question from our user:

I do not have a web site. I merely want to be able to monitor my “always on” home computer for security reasons because I travel frequently.

Does your software require me to have a web site? Is the cost for the software only and then is there an additional monthly fee? I am looking for a solution that is easy to set-up, has a very low monthly or no monthly fee because it will not be used as a web site with a server. Use would be to check my home network and in particular my IP Cam in a live view mode.

Your on line literature leaves me unclear about the overall cost and I do want to make sure I can do the remote monitoring. I use broadband via a DSL router that I connect to wirelessly at home. Does this pose any problem in that I must go through the router to see the home pc’s ip address?

I’m totally out of my league with this so any answers would be greatly appreciated

For you case you need to purchase 1 Premium license. It costs 49$ and you will have:
1) Ability to connect to remote PC via IP address: during life-time period (no monthly or annual fees)
2) Ability to connect to remote PC via Online Account: during 1 year period.

Online Account Connection service allows you to connect to remote PC without using any IP addresses, without need to configure router/firewall etc.
