Anyplace Control Update from Basic to Premium Plan

I've upgraded my account form basic to premium plan. I got the email that the order was completed and that "THE REGISTRATION DATA WOULD BE SENT TO YOU VIA E-MAIL WITHIN 12 HOURS IN A
SEPARATE MAIL." (as stated on the email. Until now I have not gotten the email. I've already sent an email to sales@anyplace-control.com about this but no one has responded. Please help. I need the registration code. (username and password to be use for the online account.

I have not received login info yet use my software and I accidentally purchased basic instead of pro please help.
