Are the prices a one time fee or a yearly/monthly reoccurring cost for the applications?

Basic Plan that is for IP address connection only is of one time payment, life-time use.

Premium and HelpDesk licenses foresees an annual fee for Account Connection service use.

Corporate Edition is also one-time payment purchase.

Does the Corporate Edition work on my own hosted server? and how many pc's can I use with it?

I have about 50-70 PC that I help customers with and I do not make a lot from that support, certainly not enough to pay alot but I could make them pay an allocation. I will also need it where I can have additional admins so that each group would have their own person who can do the simple stuff. Some of them just access to see and monitor software controlling equipment.
