Digitally Signed Pre-configured Host Installation

I was testing a remote users Pre-Configured Host Installation module with Windows 7 / NIS 2011,
which generates all sorts of alarms about malware, unsigned, etc
Firstly, would it be possible for the admin app to digitally sign a Pre-Configured Host Installation, so this type of issue doesn't appear
and gives potential users of this app confidence to actually run it?
Secondly, would it be possible to have branding in the app, so that customers could add their logo, website, email, etc?
