Hi,
Just wanted to say thanks for a fantastic remote control product.
Since purchasing, I am extremely satisfied with the software which has already in my estimation paid for itself by allowing me to remotely offer support.

Agree entirely. One of the issues we have is that maintenance support has to be done out of hours and it is so much more fun doing this while watching the rugby rather than sitting in a stuffy basement on a Sunday afternoon. Brilliant.
