ANYPLACE CONTROL

I just bought 2 licenses but i cannot log in on the host/remote pc always asking me administrators password,
When i used my password it tells me an error as wrong password?
Any reason why i cant access?

Try to use a default password given in a registration letter you should have received after software purchase.
